I'll 2nd that with the Phoenix Optix model from Suzanne. Rugged and rubberized ends and big hearty wires on the dust caps. Beats the pants off my old one.

She is putting together a Triax Jumper for me so as to avoid stepping down to Coax. I'll report on the quality/flexibility soon. The sample I got was 4.8mm thick.

Here's my Phoenix Optix fiber jumper:

Mine was just under $600 I believe for a 7ft one from Phoenix. they quoted 2 weeks and I got it in 3 days. ( Experience is unique or semi unique, your shipping experience may vary) I chose 7ft, because of the way I run the cable and also I sometimes use a Back Mount vest and it has a great socket holder in the back to hold the junction between the Thick cable and the Fiber Jumper and that holder bracket is behind me at my waist so I needed to have the extra length.

It shouldn't be an expensive cable.

Let me know what it finally shows up, we are waiting to order our fiber jumper to get them as a set from Suzanne.

Just wanted to see how thin they got it before we did.

Thanks for the update!

John
