Kipp handle to replace dovetail thumb screw

Hi all, quick question about sourcing a part. I'm looking to swap out the thumb screw for an adjustable Kipp handle on my 3A top stage. I'm sure many of you may have done similar upgrades over the years.

Apparently 6 different fastener stores in my area aren't able to source the part. I waited for over two weeks to have one of them ordered, that turned out to be a metric piece that understandably wouldn't work.

I've been trolling through many US sites trying to find a place that has this item and will ship to Australia.

Is there anywhere that people are aware of that might narrow my search a little?

Ideally I'd love to get this sorted out before my next project on the 4th of May, hence starting 2.5 weeks ago. Still no luck.

I believe the thread is 10-32 and approximately 1" in length (happy to be corrected if anyone has a more accurate measurement).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Michael.

McMaster Carr is a good source for most hardware. You might also look for distributes on Kipp engineering's website.

I've had issues with them shipping to Toronto. So I doubt Australia will be any easier. But worth a call cause they definitely do have a lot in stock.

Mark, look at JW Winco for your Kipp handle needs. Adjustable handles out the wazoo in imperial and metric, and the few times I've ordered parts online from them it's been great service and hassle free for Canadian customers.
