XCS is introducing our new HD Programmable Digital Level Plus.

We will be demonstrating this pioneering new technology at the Stabilizer Expo June 8.

I have attached current cut sheets below.

The XCS HD PDL in currently in for CE certification and we estimate the end of June for a delivery date of new units.

We will have two demo units available the week after the show. I do have a running list of operators already going, but if you wish to be put on the list please email me.

To be fair I will contact operators in order, if you don’t wish to receive the PDL at that time your name will go to the bottom of the contact list if you are still interested. I would like to limit the demo days to 3 days in hand if possible.

Unit cost will be made available at the time of the show. Those details are what I am working on this week.

XCS will also be showing the prototype TB-7, 7” high brightness LCD monitors.

The TB-7 is estimated as a late fall release. It will have the same wide latitude of signal inputs as the HD PDL. In fact they both have wider video signal latitude inputs then any single monitor I have currently seen. You will get a great idea of our LCD monitors functionality, size, weight, front panel controls and any questions I can answer. All feedback is welcome. This is the perfect time for it, our software design stage.

You can expect to find more HD products soon to follow in relatively quick progression after this huge programming hurdle we have navigated with the HD PDL design. It takes time to do it right, but once you have the full control over the multiple levels of software architecture that is required for a design such as the HD PDL and TB-7 (when complete) you are able to program FPGA’s for what is coming down the road, instead of sticking a product in the obsolete pile of HD goods that gets larger by the year.

This brings me to a request. I am in need of a cinetronics gen 2 monitor for the show for the 8th.

Is there one out there I could borrow or rent for the day? If so please contact me directly.

Respectfully

Greg B.

Will there some kind of method of mounting this nicely to a newer generation pro-sled with a gen4 base?

like a docking ring style mount of some kind or something similar?

Cheers

James.

The mounting holes are spaced the same as the original PDL. I had made a bracket for that that should work with the PRO bases.
