The easiest solution is to just run an HDMI cable out of the camera (which outputs 1080p) down in front to the monitor. Make sure that output is enabled in the menus. There are thin HDMI cables available and while not elegant it does not get in the way of the arm or gimbal. There is also a 1080p SDI output out of the S-Log card recorder that docks onto the back of the camera. There are no frame lines or camera info that pass through that output and the color is a little funky, but it works too.
