During this closure - should you have a technical emergency only - please call 818 749 8748 or contact our international office in the UK at dhallett@tiffen.com or at +44 (0) 870 100 1220. For general Steadicam customer service from June 30th through July 2nd you may contact Tiffen Customer Service in New York at 800 645 2522 (631 273 2500) or at techsupport@tiffen.com. The Tiffen Company New York and Burbank offices will both be closed July 3rd and 4th in observance of the holiday. The UK office will be open should you require assistance (see contact info above).
