Premium Members Brandon Ziegenfuss Posted July 17, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted July 17, 2014 What is the best way to deal with corrosion on a master series arm? A pelican case, some extreme humidity and a damp vest caused an insane amount of corrosion to the exterior of my arm. What is one to do? Besides looking ugly, I'm afraid it might be structurally compromised.
Premium Members Jarrett P. Morgan Posted July 17, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted July 17, 2014 I would take it to Robert Luna. He is the expert. rluna56@earthlink.net (310)621-4763
Premium Members Andrew Ansnick Posted July 27, 2014 Premium Members Report Share Posted July 27, 2014 Overhaul by Robert Luna to replace any damaged parts, he literally has every replacement piece for that arm and better then the original parts. Then in the future, try ACF-50 to prevent corrosion/rust/etc. http://www.learchem.com/products/acf-50.html That or Frog Lube. http://froglube.com/
