I have the 15lb. and 6 1/2lb. plates with the 12 or 14" posts. I have been occasionally flying very light cameras including an A7S recently and those plates really come in handy. I actually use this for small cameras (including a7s recently) and big camera's for low mode as its vertically extendable.
