editing post

Post can be edited for up to 24 hours after originally posted. That allows for time to correct mistakes.

 

If you need to adjust your post after that time expires, add your change to a Reply post in the same thread. This assures that people reading your post / thread are not confused by changing content.

Is there anyway the 24 hour limit can be lifted? Possibly not allow the title to change as not to confuse people?

I doubt minor adjusts would throw people off that much.

 

My reason being if an important part of the is needed to be changed then the updated information would not be nearly as effectively seen many posts down, where a new viewer to the ad would not be looking. As well as decreasing the need to create new ads with updated information.
