It's in near mint condition and has very little use as I mostly used my bubble levels. Comes with an 8 pin to 8 pin power/video cable for GPI sled. Plugs on unit are 8 pin GPI compatible. Can connect you with a guy to make any cable for any sled configuration. Great little horizon indicator for all SD video.
