Kevin Cobello
Just ordered the Pilot HD from B & H. They are a special order. Anyone know how long they take to ship from the manufacturer? Thanks Kevin
Premium Members Ryan Brooks Posted May 12, 2015 Premium Members Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 My Zephyr order took almost a month to get. Working on an Archer 2 and was told about a month also. They might be quicker with Pilot but not sure.

Kevin Cobello
What is with this company? Steadicam or whomever? B & H said 7-14 days and we are still waiting. :)
Premium Members Victor Lazaro Posted June 1, 2015 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 1, 2015 You can send an email to Tiffen Steadicam and see what their stock is looking like. SteadicamProfessional@tiffen.com
Kevin Cobello
Hi Vic I called Tiffen and they would only talk through B & H. B & H promptly called them and I am expecting delivery this week. I just didn't think they would be behind in manufacturing. Are these that hot an item? truthfully I though this was old technology..:)
Premium Members Victor Lazaro Posted June 3, 2015 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 3, 2015 Oh it is far from old technology. You are getting an extremely precisely machined piece of gear that will last a very long time. Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the Steadicam community! make sure to read the book, and attend to a workshop if you haven't already. There is a learning curve and it is important for you to learn the right posture to avoid hurting yourself. Fly safe. V.

Premium Members Matthew L. Perez Posted June 4, 2015 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 4, 2015 Hey Kevin, the workshop that they hold in Pennsylvania 2 twice a year is a great one to go. I enjoyed my time there and learned a lot from it.
