Premium Members Robert Eder Posted October 18, 2005 Premium Members Report Share Posted October 18, 2005 hello, i´ve been reading in this board for a while and am quite new here. i am interested in those frameliner devices. what exactly are they for and for what kind of production is it a must? i think for use in film its needed to see the "used" area, but am not shure. what for do i need it in video production? i guess they insert rectangular lines into the screen in variable sizes, maybe in aspect rations?! some do max 2 (trius X) some do max 3 (transvideo) but why shall i pay 2k? for lines? ok, the trius x has a bubble as well which i guess is an artificial horizon. i think i qould go for the transvideo, because its much cheaper, but is it worth its price and do i have some alternatives? thanks a lot, robert Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
