Hello guys, I am new to steadicam and i have problems with adjusting the arm, i set it to hold the weight of the sled, it moves smoothly while moving up and down but when I move, the Arms dont jiggle very much and i think they dont surpress the movement. Is it just supposed to be like that, or the training will help it? I dont know ...

Please show us a video. The most likely explanation is that the arm isn't made very well, but without a video, it's hard to tell. And if I understand your description correctly, it's clear the arm should not do what you describe.

Wow so many things are wrong with this video.
- his vest is not set properly, the center spar is not vertical.
- the gimbal is way too low on the center post. Needs much more weight on the bottom stage to compensate for the camera.
- he is holding the gimbal above instead of under.
- he doesn't check for drop time.
