Head has been tuned up and the action in both pan and tilt is smooth. Head is used but in good shape. All gears, brakes and tilt plate and locks work as they should. Visual Products sells used Mini Worralls when they can get them for $5950. I'm selling this one for $4000 which includes a case. Item is sold as is. Buyer pays shipping. Located in Florida.
