The boxes were reworked with a Sdi cable hard wired outside of the internal cable.Power outs and ins work well, 3 pin lemos ,switching between 12/24 volt.Two 4pin lemo for power from battery plates , series or parallel voltage so dual 12volt batteries are required for the 24 volt setting.Though ,if 12volt only required , one battery in is fine. As far as the retooling of the the sd to HD "crude" upgrade , the cable was hard wired to one of the BNC connectors on the donkey box, then fan up the post alongside the main cable,then out to the J box BNC (which has the appropriate HD wiring for that signal). All works well, but a new cable with BNC end will have to be reattached or spliced to the cut cable you see in the photograph. An assistant of mind managed to cut it on disassembly of the sled. Besides that mishap, the boxes work fine and would do well for a starter sled for someone not wanting to spend a lot of cash. :) $550.00 ,free shipping Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
