Premium Members Brian Zaczek Posted September 23, 2017 Premium Members Report Posted September 23, 2017 You might be able to mount fatbike 26"(+ size)tires on those 26" rims from northern tool. That might give you the volume and float you're after. Measure the inside rim width when looking at tires. The higher the volume the lower the pressure you can run. As an example fatbike tires around 4" diameter can go as low as 5psi which provide substantial float for sand, snow, or mud. There will be an added suspension benefits as the tire deflects bumps better with higher tire volume.
