Fox Afriano Posted July 20, 2018 Report Share Posted July 20, 2018 Hi, I have just purchased Zhiyun Ceane Plus gimbal and GH5 camera. I will use them in my trips. But my trips are special trips. I always travel alone in remote areas in Africa and in South America rainforest. I shoot the the daily life of indigenous peoples. Now I have to buy a tripod or a monopod too. In your opinion will it be more useful to buy a monopod or a tripod? I' should buy both but it is impossible because I have to limit for weight and size. I need some suggestions please because all my stuff is new and I can't figure out what to buy. Please answer me only if you are an expert on gimbal and travels. sachin prasad Posted April 1, 2019 Report Share Posted April 1, 2019 Well, the ground surface you will be travelling will be not plane, so if you buy a monopod I am afraid that you will not be able to shoot perfectly.
