I used it for about 8 years on such projects as Tropic Thunder, Iron Man 3, and Fantastic 4, so it has seen use. I replaced the pads at some point, and they are in good shape, but the straps and some of the fabric that covers the flexible skeleton will need to be replaced (see photos). The hardware including the socket block, and chest plate are in good condition and are as solid as ever. I'm looking to sell the vest for $1500 - sourcing straps and fabric might take a bit of time, but are inexpensive, and getting this vest back to its glory days should not be a costly endeavor.
