It was always my emergency backup for my 3-Channel system and so has hardly ever been used. It's in great condition. This is the older Gen 2 version which is why it's less expensive than you might expect. Included with the transmitter and receiver are a mounting bracket for the receiver, combo power and run cables for Panavision and Arri, three Sony batteries, a Sony battery charger, and one ring for the focus knob.
