I am in urgent need. I use it for focus and iris. The iris one broke down again. ( 4th time in 2 years ) Becose i leave friday evening to france for a job, i needed it repaired asap. Better, i buy another motor to have one spare. Guess what, 4 calls, 2 emails, nothing. Today, nothing. Last time i needed a gear, took a week to get in contact. Called Howard for a new motor, 2 minuts later a call back from mk-v. Sorted the cables out and the new motor left mk-v this morning. Thats what i call service. Saved my butt here.
