Premium Members Werner Juergen Heinemann Posted February 12, 2019 Premium Members Report Share Posted February 12, 2019 Advice please. I suspect my Pro gimbal might be out of center... It balances fine, as well as drop test well dynamically. But when I pan it, and hold position. It lists to one side by about five degrees. Is a Pro gimbal serviceable (as far as this goes)? And if so, does anyone here know how to do it? I've looked for this info elsewhere, but couldn't find any. Thanks ahead of time for any advice. p.s. It seems to go high on the left side, if that helps with nailing down the answer.

Premium Members James Freeman Posted March 16, 2019 Premium Members Report Share Posted March 16, 2019 Im having the same issue with mine. I balanced mine so it sits level statically, but when I pan 90 degrees, it starts to lean. One way or the other. I took a caliper and measured the distance from the post to the edge of the gimbal and there is 1 thousandths desparity between edges. I believe it’s a milling/ manufacturing mistake. If anyone has insight on this issue please help.
Francisco Orozco Jr
Pro Cine Live owner here, same issue, won't hold level with 90 degree pan test. I've triple and quadruple checked that all things are lined up from the camera to the bottom of the sled etc. It won't even hold level at an almost 1.5-2 second drop time. 4 Second drop time it's wildly out of level if I pan at all from where I static balance! Hope someone knows if there is a provision to center the gimbal or if I just need to send it back to Pro.
