there's so much talk on the forum about bad customer service I thought I'd post a good experience for a change.

 

I've had my Pro arm since the fall of 2000. I've been full time on tv shows since then with a few mow's and some day-playing scattered throughout the hiatus periods. That's alot of everyday use on my gear with little to no maintenance (I keep it clean and lube it up periodically).

 

One of my spring canisters took a poop on me last Wed night. Sent the canister in to GPI Thurs morning and it was finished and ready for pick-up by 3pm the same day (seems I had mistakenly overcranked it and stripped the bolt inside, sweet).

 

So, thanks George, Deborah, Ashley + all at GPI...sometimes you do get what you pay for!

Your post reminded me how great George and Ashley were for me about 6 weeks ago. After some particularly brutal vehicle mount work, my 5 or six yr. PRO old arm(which works just about every day(like yours) finally had a bit of metal fatique...No big deal within 30 seconds of the snap sound I was on the cell to Ashley who came through with a loaner in under 45 minutes to set(luckily we are within 15 min drive to GPI) George had my arm repaired that afternoon. GPI really came through for me and has my sincerest Thanks!
