Is Mk-v “open” during the lockdown?

Lockdown or not, MK-V have always practiced social distancing from their customers, after they take your hard earned cash of course. Buyer Beware, far cheaper ways available to knock your head against a brick wall.

I've been able to (just barely) communicate with Karen and Ashley, but it has been a struggle. I received my Omega AR in March but there was an issue and I had to send the AI module back for inspection and any needed repairs - that was in late April. Covid-19 caused issues with fedex deliveries but it eventually made it into their hands in early May. Since then it has been a lot of heavily delayed  responses.

I was on the phone with Ashley today wherein he guaranteed the module and batch of new cables would be shipped by EOD and that he'd provide an email with tracking number, nothing yet so I plan to email and call again tomorrow. 

I've also been waiting to get access to the Omega AR app - Karen told me she would inform Ruben to add me - I am still waiting on that as well. If anyone happens to have Ruben's email or anything, I'd greatly appreciate it if they could DM his contact info. 

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, especially in these difficult times, but I do feel like I've been subject to some weird practices and conduct as a customer and professional.

I checked out Linkedin, Ruben has a profile, from the contacts link go to his company Facebook page, his email and phone no. are listed there. Hope you get this sorted Jared, so as you can get back in the game as things start to pick up.

thanks for replying - i managed to email him and got a response so I'm finally making headway there.

It is now! It has been a much longer process than I'd like but I finally received my AI and cables again and had a successful test. 

The only solution I can say is to not let up on communication, keep emailing and calling every week. Thats what I did, and I also had assistance with my financing agent as well to poke them a little - it wasn't an ideal solution but having multiple voices I think helped light a fire under them.

I have been waiting on a repair to a motorized monitor arm for over 6 months. I also have a gig coming up that wants to utilize the app but I have not gotten a response. I have emailed Ruben in the past with no success. can yall share any info on the app? this job is hinging on the ability to use it.
