Premium Members Sander Blok Posted November 26, 2021 Premium Members Report Share Posted November 26, 2021 Hi all, Recently I had a job with the Moviecam, but I ran in some troubles with using the steadimags. I did tests without the bridgeplate and with shouldermags, and everything went fine. But on the shoot self they had only steadimags. When mounting directly on the body (so without bridgeplate), I didn't have enough clearance to put my plate where I wanted too (I tried balancing but was wayyyy too backheavy, light lenses - Summilux - didn't help). Pic is with the build we used, bridgeplate gave me just enough clearance. So do you guys use a riser of some kind? Or do you keep the bridgeplate on? Cheers!
