No scratches. I am 6'1" and 230 lb... 37" around waist... 21" - back height... However, it does come with the air Bladder and extra foam Pads that you can put into the Vest to shave off another inch or so... Vest was purchased for $6750.00 Plus Tax Never been used in the field only a bit of practice...
