Since im using front mount vest lately , i do not need this anymore. Carbon arm can be adjusted goofy or normal. Size is 30 to 34 inch waist , im 175cm (5.9'') weigh 75kg (165lbs). Comes with 2 sets of extra Black Lining ( will wash before selling :) total of 3 sets linings ,WK soft bag and all the extra parts that comes along with the Vest from WK .
