Premium Members Sydney Seeber Posted November 9, 2006 Premium Members Report Share Posted November 9, 2006 Hello, I wasn't quite sure where to post this, but I live in San Diego, CA, and was wondering if there is any facility to rent various accessories, namely wireless focus control, for steadicam... I've been calling around locally, and the answer I usually get is, "Steadicam... That's like some sort of arm thingy, right?" So, I know immediately that I'm not going to get that far... I know I can drive up to Los Angeles, in fact I have 5 shoots in the next 8 days there, but I was hoping there was something more local in San Diego... Or, if someone down here rents out accessories, namely the focus device as mentioned, and better batteries... I've got a shoot with the Viper in a few days, and power may be an issue for me...
