Making a camera power extension cable with an inline meter is another option to think about. Your monitor (if a TB-6, etc.) already has a low battery warning. Having a meter in the camera power line allows one meter to effectively give you data on what the camera is getting voltage wise without having to deal with multiple meters on the battery cage (or moving one around).

Yes, that's the one. DuAll has a slightly different housing for theirs, but the guts are the same. I fitted a 4-pin XLR into one with just a little effort. Not bad for $15.

Hey Brad if they still don't replace the proformers, I've found a guy up here that rebuilds them with better cells for about $150 each.

May the proforma never die....
