A picture from the same set as the one above has been uploaded onto the Guild of Television Cameramen forum, which is entitled 'New Steadicam Clothing Guidelines'

I see the operator has opted for a slightly tighter grip than usual on the post...

I actually saw this ad in one of those poncy mags, can't remember the name of it - one of the ones where people pay £5 for a book of adverts. I commented to the girl whose mag it was about the Steadicam and the model's poor technique. It didn't seem to impress her very much.

What a weird ad though!

...mmh, I always knew model jobs are more exhausting then operating a steadicam. Look at his position! Try to get in the same position, over a chair, lady (or something else :P ) in the front. So, now make a move! ....hehe! And do you know how long those photo models need to stay in fancy positions!? Tough!

Funny also, those receivers below the camera, do you see any motors on or even a connection to the camera. Only power. Hehe, yes but it looks good...uuuh, really professional, man!

Amused.

Everyone is talking about the picture on the main page, but the others are... interesting too !

For example,

Never sit while wearing the rig or people are going to put a foot on the lens or try to correct your framing :

When you lay down, keep the Vest but you can forget the arm :

...

Check the others here : http://eng.dolcegabbana.it/dolcegabbana.as...Section=DESKTOP

from number 4 to number 8 (I'm waiting for your comments about number 7 and 8...)
