Premium Members geoff shotz Posted February 16, 2007 Premium Members Report Share Posted February 16, 2007 yeah, ron, you're right. i love the grip trix cart. i'm actually here in s. carolina with herb alt, who invented the thing. he's the key grip on this movie. i just finished out the week shooting off the cart while george clooney tracked next to us on a replica 1920's harley motorcycle with sidecar. the cart will do almost 40mph and it gets up to speed almost too quickly. i advise always wearing your seatbelt on the thing. i hope it's warmer in l.a. for you guys. it's friggin cold here. hope you're well. geoff
Premium Members Charles Papert Posted February 17, 2007 Premium Members Report Share Posted February 17, 2007 Geoff: Cool, you are in a paparazzi photo! (love the hint of bushes in the foreground, and the super-shallow DOF). Next thing we'll be seeing snaps of you shopping at Kitson with Paris Hilton. What percentage of readers of "People" do you think will recognize a Steadicam arm? Is it even calcuable? Say hi to George for me (mention "ER").
