need help here

i just finish working and as always i go and take a look to the equipment...to find out same aluminum paricles , on one of the pullies of the arm ...after looking where they came out

i found out that the center pin(axis) of the pullies has move from the pullie touching the interior of the arm .....

after i take a look to all the center pins i found tha this onlt pin is out of his plase ..is not toching so much that i can fell the thing but its not right...and im afraid that end up hurting the arm or made the arm lock up...

after making some presion over the pin or axis of the pullie , i just put it wack in place...

haw this can be aboid or why? this happens?

I looked at your pictures and could not see the particles very well, but I´m sure they are there if you say so. The cables are straight, so it cannot be from them rubbing the pullies, then the plastic outside of the cables should have been damaged too.

 

My guess is that it could be from the spring rubbing against the cover, check that for marks. On my IIIa arm I had one spring that stood out of the original place, so it had a slight bend, upwarts and when I put the arm under load, it would scrape a bit , making a noise too.
