Well, they're both pretty awful, but at least for the second one, the Operator only had to fly with a 400' mag. The Christina video ran 4:21 so they either made a few 500' "shortends" or he was flying with a thousand feet. Either way, I'd rather shoot Christina. The other guy had to be cold! :P

Actually, if they shot Christina in 3 perf 35mm or 16mm they would have more than enough for that with a 400' mag. Anyway considering what she had on I would rather have seen Cristina shot in the cold, if you know what I mean. Who knew the Swiss could rap?

no i didn`t shoot that video and i`m also not shure who did could be brian goff?

since i found it on his homepage (www.actionproducts.ch) but it`s not written there

if he shot it actually...?

anyhow of course christina is hotter than gimma but her video is so bad not

only for the operating which is shurely hard to do with that location full of strange lights

and the strange directions wich make her look like stupid well maybe that was the idea

for the gimma stuff well if you watch the background und horizons it`s pretty

lousy too but it`s hard to walk backwards in the snow and concentrate on so

many extras...but it`s a fun video and no one has done it before that way at

least not in switzerland...

hey i don`t want to offend anyone if i say bad and lousy it`s not allways the operator`s fault

i think anyone of us would have had difficulties to shoot under both conditions...

it`s just a head up for directors that if you use steadicam use it well not just to move around

tell a story and let the steadicam help the viewer to discover it...peace

It?s hard to tell on the net but I didn?t think the verticals were too bad on the Suuperschwiizer video at least the headroom wasn?t an issue like Christina?s? or was that on purpose? I hate when the subject walks backward talking/sining to camera it just screams wrong to me. Have them turn away from the camera if you have to but don?t let them walk backward. It just looks weird.

Case in point the Spice Girls? prosecution rests. :D
