I bought a HBM-5m in May of last year, used it as my main monitor all year. The monitor is great, it has a frame lines and cross hair. I sent it back to Marell for a software up grade and in which they upgraded and sent it back to me in less than a week. Anyway the monitor was damaged in shipping on the way back to me, so Dave Ellis over nighted me a brand new one. I offered to send the new one back after my shoot, but he told me just to keep the new one. A week later I found a TB6 for a great price, so now the brand new HBM-5m is sitting and looking for a new home. Its in perfect condition even smells new!!!! I cant say enough about the customer service at Marell, the BEST!
