We (MK-V) do a Standard monitor arm (please see www.mk-v.com - monitor arms)

It is a simple adjustable and stable arm that mounts to either the inner or outer post and is availble in either CP or PRO.

Yes we do a special plate for the EFP green screen (the 'skinny' lightweight one)

This then gives you CP or PRO mount to the MK-V monitor arm.
