Hey All,

I'm the proud new owner of a 2 channel Bartech and have already lovingly plucked a case for it and the motors etc. I've yet to use both channels on a job but I wanted to make sure I have the right bracketry for the job...

Each reciever/amp has a mounting kit for pro sleds but mine is an MK-V Nexus and I was wondering if anyonecan shed any light on how they mount theirs???

The options are:

1- Use the Mattebox bars mounting bracket which I've got with my kit and get something (perhaps from Tom @ cinewidgets) to screw the 2 recievers together. This could fit on the cameras bars or maybe I could invest in the longer (15cm) topstage bars that Betz does for my chrosziel topstate... Anyone have any experience of this??

2- Velcro. I'd love to have something more professional and more importantly ROCK solid than this though.

3- Something I can screw into my D-box on my topstage... Has anyone had anyhting like this made up for their rig??? I know they exits for PRO's, but for my Nexus???

Am open to suggestions and tips from anyone!

Thanks!

Ben Spence

Hi Ben

How are you?

The Nexus has the same 1.5" mounting holes as the PRO (and Mk3/EFP)

So the Tom @ cinewidgets dual cage would be the way to go.

We have all the mounting parts on the shelf if you do not have them already.

Give us a call. (01204 574900)

Cheers

Howard
