got the message... no comments.... that's fine,

THANK YOU ALL for great advice and tips

arrivederci,

matteo

Dude, whats your hurry.

And about advice, i did give you advice and you did trow it over your shoulder. We all have been there ones, and we all know that the cheap rigs arnt good enough. We all spend large amount of money to get and have the best equipment out there. We just cant afford to have failures during our jobs. Production pays top dollar for us so we have to deliver top equipment. What do i mean? I mean we arnt familiar with those cheap rig you are using right now. You are in the wrong forum if you want advice about those rigs. Everything else is on this forum. Use the search button and you will find tons of information about just anything. Read and learn instead of spamming all those questions and demanding answers.

Hi Job,

Maybe you dont get what I said before, when I got your advice I've already bought the rig, worked with it and repaid it, so what I'm looking for now is advice on filming, infact I've found tons of it on this forum, but what I don't need is someone telling me how to spend MY bucks. I was writng this after your first post, but I didn't for respect, again you come back to the money issue, i suggest you to organize a forum on how to spend money in the right way.

anyway I'm no the first one with a cheap or strange rig asking questions and uploading videos to get comments on this forum, and I won't be the last.

no questions and answears requested from you, anyway, stay cool, you're too much involved in the money aspect of steadishooting,

what I was asking was a comment and suggestion on my way of filming, I upload a short shot, that surely you don't watch and don't need to.

spend your money safe dude, and go for big dollars production, we all started like that, right? with the money to get a brand new rig of about 100.000 euros value and jump into big hollywood productions.

don't know why you're so unfriendly, but it's a problem of yours.

to the master of this forum, you can erase this topic, there's no point of keeping it open, at least not for stupid argument among people who don't know eachother.

Dear Mark,

I'm sorry if I offend someone, not my intention at all, my statement THANK YOU ALL was sincere speaking, I was meaning to thank you all people and suggestions found looking around this forum, from the topics discussed to the incredibly interesting steadicam operators site and personal responses that were incredibly worth.

Was like the topic it's over let's close it, no more interest that's fine, all good, see you, have peace and the likes.

Hi Matteo,

I see you've been busy in time-honoured tradition since I was last here.

You are making life hard for yourself, working with the rig so far away from your body. That's maybe why you look so tired with such a lightweight package. You are also moving your centre of gravity towards the weight you are trying to counterbalance. You can read more about that, if you like, at http://steadivision.com/steadipos.htm

All this chat is no substitute for a workshop. There should be one coming your way shortly. I'll let you know as soon as I do.

Fly safe,

Chris

Hi guys,

this forum is really a great place to be, I'm here since one months and I get in touch with professional from all over the world, learning a lot for my steadishooting and for my life, may be I sound exagerate but experience teach me a lot in these last days...

Chris, thank you for remebering me for a workshop, I'm willing to get one as soon as it's possible, for now I'm going deep into two manual found on the net, one is yours, and on practicing days after days with my set up (33lb or 15 kg).

Job, I want to apologize for misunderstanding your words and thanks again for your help, really good of you.

To all of you... Enjoy your flying ;)

Matt

Dang, you italian guys have great locations to practise.

Looking good there. To bad you edited your end stops out of there. I guess you have troubles with them. Try to loosen your gimbal hand a bit more. Also i know it is easyer or looks better to make the moves fast, but try also to do them slow.

Dont tell me it was your garage is it? ;)

Hi Job,

well... my garage is a bit larger  ... that was of my friend, Ferrari CEO (just joking)... here's the other without music, and no one guess the movie I was asking, with stops and ends, wait for the rain to come... :(

Matteo "trying to lie" Quagliano

P.s. if no one guess the movie I will put the name before the sun goes down, at my meridian,

country session...

more shots to comment, it seems there's no point in doing this but until I'll take a workshop it's the only way I have to learn more...
