Does anyone have a copy they would be willing to part with? The book is out of print and unavailable everywhere I've looked. Even on sites that say they do have it. Serena Ferrara gave me a few places to look for a new copy of the book, but no joy. A used book would be just fine. C'mon, lighten up that bookshelf!
