Since the camera does not have analogue outputs I thought the signal must be converted to composite somehow. I talked to a tech today and he told me tht there were severe problems converting the signal through a Aja converter. It only produced a b/w picture and he thought the SDI signal of the camera was not clean. As far as I know the Red has two 1080 outputs. Thanks Markus aloha markus best bet is to get ahold of a monitor that excepts an sdi signal i have flown the red a number of times now and i use the hd/sdi output from the red thru my post to the monitor no problem,beautiful pictures i actually think that my monitor looks better than the stock red lcd monitor,but just my opinion have fun Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
