The part I'm making is the three electronics boxes. This assembly uses the Bubb Carbon Post in 2" dia. and Bubb's monitor mount. I'm also building a 1.5" one piece post which will be compatable with the Bubb post locking system "which is just amazingly solid." and allows a quick disconnect for shipping in a smaller box. The rod lengths shown allow very nice balance using Proformer batteries (shown). max extension of the monitor and batteries is in exact balance. The battery box is supported by the Bubb monitor mount thru the lower box adjustable by two small hex heads and mounted on the same spud as used to mount the monitor. This is very solid and keeps Bubbs well known vibration free parts in place at both ends. Under impact the monitor or the batteries can move up and sideways which may save the rig in a fall. Slight sideways lower trim may be had by moving the monitor and batteries slightly to allow for those batteries which are not centered over the AB mount. those who looked at the previous post already know that the idea here it to create a path (Sendera is Sp. for Path or trail) from electronically busted model 2 or 3 rigs or Sk rigs etc toward the newer high end rigs in less expensive steps. Since this setup allows use of your existing used parts. Top stages from PRO, Rig, MkV, Tiffen, Cp, etc. Gymbals from any manufacturer. posts from me, Bubb, or adapt to pro or Cp posts. any monitor current wiring is 8 pin lemo 1 out std PRO which will suport all XCS, Pro, and the New MkV monitors. Wiring can be custom configured for any LCD etc. you want to use. I currently sell a very nice adapter for the std Hummingbird monitor to PRO/XCS spuds for $250 in stock. current in and out in the SIII boxes, all PRO wire compatable (so cables are easy to Buy) include: Top Box: Front: BNC video or SDI in, 4 pin split lemo 0 focus, 4 pin lemo 0 video in and 12V power out for video tap. Rear: 3 pin lemo1 for 12V (fm battery 2 or 2and3) and 24V power(from battery two and three) to camera 2 pin lemo1 for second isolated 12V power for HDArri3 etc. (from battery 3 only) 3 pin lemo 0 12V power out for transmitter and amplified video out. (additional ins and outs custom) Lower Post Box: Front: 8 pin lemo1 monitor power and amplified video out, 4 pin 12V power and amplified video out to transmitter, BNC out for video or SDI, 5 pin lemo 0 for recorder etc.(custom wired) Rear: 7 amp breaker for each battery, switches to manually manage power outputs. Choices are: camera and system from battery 1, system from battery 1, 12V camera from battery 2 or 2 and 3. system from battery 1 24V camera from battery 2 and 3. lemo 1 input from batterys 1 and 2 On bottom the AB mount for battery 3 Lower rear box. 2 AB plates battery 1 on top battery 2 on bottom lemo1 out to lower post box. This one cable is not PRO compatable. Helpful and critical comments are certainly welcome and requested.
