Scorpio Hand Unit MDR and camera run cables sale. This unit has just been serviced by David Hable at Cramped Attic Technologies. Hand Unit and MDR Serial #131, with ALL the updates and Mods including Preston style Antennas and Power plugs.

 

Package does NOT include motors, motor cables or motor brackets. The scorpio uses the same style of motors as the Preston and the New Don Wetzel Digital motors along with the Scorpio Motors.

This unit will act as an Arri RCU giving you full wireless control over ramping, Speed/shutter Speed/Iris or Speed/Shutter/Iris control. Three channels means no additional controller is needed to do Zoom, Iris and Focus. In situation's where the DP needs Iris control or zoom control you can slave another Handunit wirelessly to the master hand controller.

 

With the addition of a position sensor and track you can will execute perfect Vertigo slides (zoom in dolly out or vice versa) this feature is also great for tabletop work, by setting the starting focus and the ending focus you are guarantied to be sharp no matter how fast/slow/uneven the dollygrip is!

 

All equipment is in well cared for condition but does have light wear marks where you would expect. Photos of the gear can be seen Here
