Maybe, there could be a forum other than "Jobs/Resumes"? I have been working so much this year, and I have needed a replacement for Operator/Steadicam Operator here and there. Perhaps by checking into the "availability forum" I could get an idea of who may be available in my area that I could start calling first, rather than just cold calling random people.
