The operator is Christian Stoehr. I don't know him but if anyone here does it sounds like he's pretty banged up and unable to work for a while. Said the police wouldn't charge the doctor, a surgeon. Said there are a bunch of lawyers in the riding club and they are trying to publicize it to force the DA's hand to prosecute the asshole.
