Matt Burton
Any tips on coming to a smooth and steady stop? Also I'm still looking for more training exercises. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm no expert but use your hips when starting and stopping! If the rig is ballanced you should be able to fly with little or no contact with the gimbal. A little tilt forward with the hips will get you going and a little tilt back will help you stop. Never grab the post or gimbal to stop as your taking away the effect of the arm. Now if i'm a little off with this please say :D  Cheers -Matt Did everybody see my music video yet
