Do the research. The most powerful transmitter out there will not give you a better picture when reflection and multipath are beating up your signal. This version is superior to the new mod quad version. This one has all controls and readout on the front face of the unit. The mod quad uses a separate remote for channel selection. Lose or break the remote and you are done. Much easier to deal with for the video assist person.
