This Gore Tex rain jacket has been designed to cover my Klassen Harness and has a third sleeve for the back mounted arm. It has a Gore Tex sleve for the arm as well. There's a flap that spans the upper back and covers two neoprene slits that allow acces to the safety handles. Would anyone be interested in purchasing one of these? It isn't cheap, around $350.
