Device for balance...

I am currently working for a company that has a Health show we are working on. It is pretty small show, just shown locally, but there was one segment on it that really caught my interest. We working working with a dentist who wanted to showcase something called a Pure Power Mouth guard. This thing is nothing short of amazing.

It is commonly used by professional sports athletes. It increases balance, endurance, strength, and agility. And yes it is just what it sounds like: a mouth guard.

How it works is the dentist will do some test to find where exactly your jaw and bite need to be for maximum rest. Once he has the position determined he creates the mouth guard for you. When you have your bite in perfect balance it relaxes not only the jaw but the muscles in the neck and also decompresses the spine ever so slightly. I am not sure of all the details but I have seen this thing in action and it is awesome. The price point comes to around $1800 or so but for a piece of equipment that is going to make you more balanced and perform better that is pretty cheap in my book.

I highly recommend that everyone at the very least look into this product. But make you talk to a license dentist that can actually do this. Not everyone is qualified. I hope this helps people.

Ha, ha, ha.... FANTASTIC!, But late for me.... Likes my friend Robin Thwaites (Tiffen´s) can tell you, some years ago, I had a stupid accident with my III-A gear... I was a little absent-minded with the sled on board...The camera turns and crashed against my face (Anton Bauer batt on rear side) and the result was 4 teeths asking for it freedom.... :( :( :(

Of course....I´m now most carefully...But it happened to me one time..... May be I wasn´t the only one. did it?

Thanks for the link John.

Well <_< .....isn't that special! Call me a natural born cynic or something but the PPM just seems like a good way to separate people from $1800 of hard earned cash for a 50 cent piece of plastic. Maybe for multi million dollar earning pro atheletes, that's a drop in their very big buckets and a good conversation starter at the next team meeting.

Me, I'm not looking to break any records when I operate so it would be wasted on me.

Cheers
