Premium Members Santiago Yniguez Posted May 5, 2009 Premium Members Report Share Posted May 5, 2009 Hey Guys. I'm doing a shoot this weekend (5/ 8&9) and was asked to do a low mode shot with an Arri 35-3. Is there anyone out there that could possibly loan me a bracket/cage for a 35-3? Thanks, Santiago Yniguez 818-445-8029
Premium Members RonBaldwin Posted May 5, 2009 Premium Members Report Share Posted May 5, 2009 I have one of Jerry Hill's 35-3/SR low mode brackets you can borrow. I'm back in town thursday and can look for it (haven't used it in 4+ years). rb
Premium Members Charles Papert Posted May 6, 2009 Premium Members Report Share Posted May 6, 2009 Got one too, but I would be very wary as many 35-3's are modified with all sorts of things hanging off the sides that prevent that right-angle bracket from mounting properly, which is why Jerry stopped making them I think. I thought he stopped making them because of all the crap hanging off the sides of SR3s...... Ron, you leaving without a kiss goodbye?????? Premium Members Santiago Yniguez Posted May 6, 2009 Author Premium Members Report Share Posted May 6, 2009 (edited) Hey Charles. I've been in contact with Ron. Thank you very much for responding. Ron said he needed to dig through a bunch of stuff to find it and is pretty confident in doing so. If for some reason he can't find it, can I still call upon you? And thank you to everyone else who has offered. San Edited May 6, 2009 by Santiago Yniguez

Premium Members Brian Freesh Posted May 8, 2009 Premium Members Report Share Posted May 8, 2009 Hey Charles, is your bracket still available for this weekend? Not for me, though wouldn't it be funny to see me try, I just remembered this thread and thought I'd put a feeler out for some guys in a bind. If anyone has one and is up for talking to them I will put them in touch with you. Thanks, Brian |-)~
